Far from great, good or even acceptable. AI phone operator will not give me a human and keeps hallucinating inputs. Scheduled an appointment with a human weeks ago. Had questions the morning before my first appointment. No problem, right? Just call them the minute they open. Nope! No operators available, just Oz, the least helpful AI I've ever encountered. So I'm panicking because I don't know if I need to be there in person or not. Terrible customer service.

I found Dr. Osborne from my dental hygienist. Thank goodness for Ruben , Abish and Dr. Osborne. I did a sleep study and found out I have sleep apnea and restless leg syndrome. Dr. Osborne office is always available to answer any of my questions whenever I reach out them by phone message or whenever I call their office. Dr. Osborne recommended I get my Tori surgically removed so my tongue has more room in my mouth. Dr. Osborne is knowledgeable, gracious and has an outstanding bedside manner. He explained every steps after I receive my device so I felt comfortable with my new device. Dr. Dutta did the Tori removal surgery in her office a month ago. Dr. Dutta has magic hands and an outstanding bedside manner. My recovery was a walk in the park and my healing process was super painless. Dr. Osborne ordered my sleep apnea device that I received 2 weeks ago. I can already sleep through the night without any issues of hot flashes and getting up in the middle of the night (2-3)times a night. I don’t believe until 2 weeks ago. I have never ever had a true restful night sleep like I experiencing now. Thank you Dr. Osborne for all you’ve done for Me. 5 stars review for Sleep Easy Denistry. M

Wow, after 25 years of sleep apnea with no relief from CPAP, I stumbled upon oral appliance therapy and Dr. Gregory Osborne’s practice. Within days of using my oral appliance, I have been sleeping 7.5 to 8 hours a night. The brain fog has lifted; there is no dry mouth in the morning; there is little need to Power Nap in the mid after noon! I am deeply grateful to Dr. Osborne and his staff for their comprehensive knowledge and expertise. If CPAP does not work for you, please see Dr. Osborne ASAP!

I have not yet had the opportunity to meet Dr. Osborne. I had a brief initial consultation with Ruben, the nurse, but all subsequent interactions have been through the “office manager” Abeesh (apologies if I’m misspelling her name). Unfortunately, she has been difficult to reach by phone. On the rare occasions she does answer, she seems unwilling to address more than a few questions before redirecting communication to email or text. She consistently declines to speak over the phone, which is both unusual and concerning. After being unable to reach anyone by phone, I resorted to emailing the office in hopes of getting a response. Since then, all communication has been limited to email. This lack of accessibility and customer service from a single point of contact has made it very difficult to receive support, despite multiple requests to speak with someone else. Unfortunately, this situation is now interfering with the quality of patient care. Offering someone the hope of finally finding answers, only to withhold information, is not only disheartening but also contradicts the fundamental principles of patient care. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and was given a CPAP. The machine was impossible for me to adjust to and searched for alternatives. Fortunately I found Dr Osborne at Sleep Easy Dentistry. Dr. Osborne and his staff went above and beyond to find a device that treated my sleep apnea. I feel great during the day and sleep better at night thanks to this device. I have had it for close to 4 years now and am even considering getting another device.

I’ve been a patient for several years and I am very pleased with my ProSomnus oral appliance to treat my sleep apnea. My oxygen was getting down into the 70’s while sleeping before and now it barely drops at all. The appliance was just as effective as a CPAP during my sleep study, but is much less of a hassle. I don’t really even notice it now while sleeping and it is very easy to travel with. Dr. Osborne was also very helpful and patient with making the necessary adjustments when I first got the appliance to ensure that it was effective and comfortable. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a sleep apnea treatment that is not a CPAP!

I suffer from severe sleep apnea and wanted to see if there was other options than CPAP. After searching i found Sleep Easy Dentistry who provide oral appliances. I scheduled an consult appointment and was blown away by Rubens knowledge. He answered all my questions in a way that i understood. Dr. Osborne and his assistant were very patient with me during the scan and when i picked up my appliance. They made sure i was comfortable putting in and taking out the appliance before leaving. The doctor and staff are very passionate, friendly caring and professional. Because of them my life and overall health will be better. Call Sleep Easy Dentistry you wont regret it, best decision i ever made. They will be by your side from the start.

I’ve had sleep apnea for years, but CPAP has not worked for me so it has gone untreated. A trusted friend referred me to Sleep Easy Dentistry and I am so grateful. The team there is extremely knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and professional. I love my new dental appliance and know it is making a difference for my overall health. If you have sleep issues, you should seriously consider Sleep Easy Dentistry.
